Acceptable Use Policy

BLUBRICK helps people build real, lawful businesses. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may not do with the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. No illegal or harmful businesses
You may not use BLUBRICK to plan, operate, promote, or assist with:
- fraud, scams, phishing, Ponzi or pyramid schemes, or other deceptive practices;
- money laundering, tax evasion, or sanctions evasion;
- illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or other unlawful products;
- unlicensed regulated services (e.g. medical, legal, or financial services you are not licensed to provide);
- any activity that is illegal where you or your customers are located.
2. No abuse of the Service or others
You may not:
- generate or distribute malware, viruses, or tools for hacking, credential theft, or unauthorized access;
- send spam, or create harassing, hateful, extremist, violent, or sexually explicit content;
- impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
- upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy.
3. No attacks on the platform
You may not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our vulnerability disclosure guidance;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service (e.g. denial-of-service, excessive automated requests);
- circumvent rate limits, usage limits, or security controls;
- reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract system prompts or other users' data.
4. Responsible AI use
Do not use BLUBRICK's AI features to produce disallowed content, to deceive people, or to make high-stakes legal, medical, or financial decisions without qualified human review. See our AI Usage Policy.
5. Reporting & enforcement
To report abuse or a security issue, email hello@getblubrick.com. We may investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.
