Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BLUBRICK Inc, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our Service. By using BLUBRICK you agree to this Policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your email, display name, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and an optional profile picture.
- Business data you provide — the ideas, answers, plans, financials, files, voice notes, customers, team messages, and other content you create or upload.
- Usage data — basic technical and product-usage information (e.g. pages visited, features used, device/browser, and error logs) used to operate and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide, personalize, and maintain the Service (e.g. your Business Brain and daily brief);
- generate the AI plans, content, and recommendations you request;
- secure accounts, prevent abuse, and provide support;
- understand usage and improve the product.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
To generate Output, we send the relevant content you provide to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) over secure connections. These providers process the content to return a result. We choose providers that contractually agree not to use API content to train their general models, but you should avoid submitting information you do not want processed this way.
4. Where your data is stored
Your account and business data are stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for the database, authentication, and file storage, and our hosting provider). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.
5. Sharing
We share information only:
- with service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, database, AI, analytics, email), under their own agreements;
- with members of a workspace you join — shared business data, comments, and team chat are visible to that workspace's members;
- if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of BLUBRICK and its users;
- as part of a business transfer (e.g. merger or acquisition), with notice where required.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like theme), and cache your work for reliability. You can clear these via your browser, though parts of the Service may not function without them.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and row-level access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your password confidential.
8. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete content within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or security reasons.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@getblubrick.com.
10. Children
BLUBRICK is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notifying you.
