AI Usage Policy

AI is at the core of BLUBRICK — the Advisor, the Business Brain, and the generators that produce names, logos, plans, and marketing. This policy explains how that AI works, what data it uses, and its limits, so you can use it responsibly.
1. How BLUBRICK uses AI
We use third-party AI models to generate text, images, and recommendations, and to power the Business Brain's memory and context. To answer you well, we send relevant parts of your business information (the context you've provided, and your messages) to these providers so the model can respond. We send the minimum needed for the feature you're using.
2. AI providers
BLUBRICK uses leading, enterprise-grade AI providers to power these features. Your inputs are processed under those providers' API terms, and reputable API providers do not train their foundation models on business API data by default. We may change providers to improve quality, reliability, or safety. A current list of our subprocessors is available in our Data Processing Agreement and on request. 3. AI output is not professional advice
AI output can be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and it makes no guarantees about outcomes. Always review output, apply your own judgment, and consult a licensed professional for binding or high-stakes decisions.
4. Safety & guardrails
The Advisor is designed to decline requests that are illegal or harmful and to resist attempts to manipulate it (for example, prompt-injection text hidden in your data). It will not help with the activities listed in our Acceptable Use Policy. We rate-limit AI usage to keep the Service reliable and to prevent abuse.
5. Your responsibilities
When using AI features, you agree to:
- keep a human in the loop for important decisions;
- not rely on output as a substitute for professional advice;
- not use AI features to produce disallowed or deceptive content;
- verify facts, figures, and legal or compliance details before acting.
6. Your data & the Business Brain
The Business Brain stores the information you give BLUBRICK so it can remember context over time. You own this data, and you can export or delete it as described in our Privacy Policy and Trust Center.
