Terms of Service

BLUBRICK is an AI-assisted operating system that helps entrepreneurs plan, build, and run a business. It generates plans, content, and recommendations, and stores the information you provide. The Service is currently offered in beta and may change, break, or be interrupted as we improve it.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is malicious or abusive;
• use the Service to generate spam, deceptive, or unlawful content.

You retain ownership of the information, files, and business data you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own backups of anything important.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate text, images, plans, and recommendations ("Output"). Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on or acting on it. Similar Output may be generated for other users.

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. cloud hosting, authentication, and AI providers) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.

BLUBRICK is free during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged, and continued use of paid features will be subject to those terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLUBRICK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. You can request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
