Delete your BLUBRICK account
You can permanently delete your BLUBRICK account and all of its data at any time. This applies to accounts used in the BLUBRICK web app and the BLUBRICK Android app (com.getblubrick.twa), operated by BLUBRICK Inc at getblubrick.com.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app (instant)
- Sign in at getblubrick.com (or in the app).
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the Delete account section and confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in, email hello@getblubrick.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify it's you and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We remove:
- Your login and profile (name, email)
- Your business plans, roadmap, and blueprint
- Your Business Brain, timeline, and saved insights
- Financials, CRM, contacts, and calendar
- Files, marketing, and everything in your workspace
The only exception: minimal billing and transaction records we're legally required to keep (for example, tax and payment records) may be retained for the period required by law, then deleted. Everything else is erased.
